Hopper 3 testing signal gets stuck on 180 of 192

Dish had to change a transponder to get it to work.

Dish had to change a transponder to get it to work.

I had the same problem (getting stuck on 180) and another tech told my tech that it was due to the guide update in progress. Once the update was completed it completed the test.
