Hopper 3 video issue

I don't know what is causing this but if we watch Netflix with the Hopper or sometimes view a Dvr recording I end up with a stretched screen when going back to a live channel. The fix has been to "set" the resolution to what it currently has.

Anyone else see this?

See it change aspect ratio on ota channels too. I have to reset it to what I want each time I change channels.
