About 6 months ago DISH replaced my Hopper due to a problem I was having with it. Several days after I installed the replacement Hopper I started getting Error 311 "Hard Drive Failure". If I unplug the hopper for 5 minutes, plug it back in, power it on, the error goes away. Unfortunately within 3 to 5 days error 311 is back. When I get the error all my recordings under the DVR Tab are gone, but I can watch live TV. Over the last 6 months, I've called DISH Support over and over again but they refuse to replace it. They keep telling me there's nothing wrong with it, and to just unplug it/plug it back in when I get the error. Needless to say, I've become very angry about this problem. What have I got to do to get this problem taken care of
