Hopper installation availability?

I hear that march 15th will be the launch date but I wanna know when Is dish going to announce it so people can start booking install dates?? I hope they don't want to the 14th to announce it. Just wondering when we will be able to set up an install?

It would seem that the March 15th is the first day you can call Dish and book a Hopper install. However, some have suggested that local retailers might be able to put you on a wait-list or something.
