Hopper Mirroring?

Forgive me, I sure this has been addressed but I need a little more clarification.
I have a 722K which I have output connected with a long HDMI cable to a HDTV, and another HDTV connected with a shorter YPbPr type connection. Both sets are in HD and the picture is good.
By the look of the output connections on the Hopper it appears I can do the same thing with the Hopper, is that correct?
In this situation mirroring is not a issue for me, I just want to make sure I can do it before I make the move.

I have mine setup that way right now. It works fine.
