I have to think its an issue from the dish to the node. If I were the tech at your place I would replace the lnb, replace the cable to the node and replace the node. One thing you may be able to check, is your system grounded? If so, I would remove the ground.

It sounds silly but grounding can cause intermittent problems. And the fact that you're seeing it on both hoppers makes it very hard to believe that you have 2 bad hoppers.

Switch the middle cable on the node coming from the dish with one of the two outer cables. The middle one feeds tuner three on both Hoppers. If your problem changes to another tuner, the cable to the dish has issues.

Please help me point and setup my Dish
