Hopper recording with this setup

How many different channels could I record in HD with the following setup

2 hoppers no joeys, PTAT disabled , OTA module on both hoppers because locals in HD are not available in my city.

That's plenty. Let me ask you this. My local fox station is in dispute with dish therefore it isn't on dish in standard def or high def. it's not there at all. If I get that OTA module will I get my local fox station in HD ? Will it show up on my guide and be recordable with the hopper ?

All OTA stations and their subchannels that you can receive will show up in whatever def they are transmitted at. However, the guide for Fox will probably be missing and you will need to set manual timers to record Fox.
