Hopper to hopper 3 compatibility?

Hello, I am thinking about upgrading to Hopper 3. I have a lot of stuff recorded on several external HD that I have recordered from my Hopper.
Can anyone tell me if the recordings will work on a Hopper 3?

I brought my EHD with quite a few recordings from a 722VIP to a Hopper, then a Hopper with Sling and now to the new H3 without problems.
You just need to have patience when getting the H3 to see your EHD. I didn't have problems with mine but some people have had problems but with a with a reboot or two it will eventually work.

Just had a Hopper 3 installed yesterday (4/5) and had no problem watching the shows recorded on an external drive that was attached to my 722VIP. Also, the old 722 remote works with the Hopper 3. Still figuring stuff out but this thing is really FAST!
