I had the new Hopper with Sling installed Thursday and am having problems with the Hopper Transfers app. Within the HWS, I see the Prepare option but when I press it the menu just disappears. I can't seem to find anything on the TV menus which indicate the status of anything actually preparing for transfer - maybe that's not even a feature?
I've installed the Hopper Transfers app and it connects to my Hopper just fine. When I see programs on my Hopper I can look at the details and there is a Transfer button, but again nothing happens when I press it - just a quick spinning icon for less than a second and then nothing.
It worked briefly a day ago - I was able to transfer two recordings, but I can't seem to figure out why it worked twice and why it won't work for anything else. I have two additional recordings that - according to the app - have been Prepared - but it won't let me transfer them.
I've rebooted on both ends.
