Hopper3 DVR playback problem - HGTV only

Hopper3 DVR works fine for all recordings, however, past few weeks only HGTV shows: House Hunters & House Hunters International at end of playback complete (it should go out to get On Demand episodes) the entire system freezes up and have to turn it off and restart to free it. Anyone else having this issue?

Thank you - yes have done numerous times hoping that would resolve it. But, still same issue. Only on these 2 shows which is bizzare.

Sounds like a glitch in the software.
