How can I get my favorite channels on galaxy 95W?

I have a Sonicview 360 premeir receiver with compatible 31" satellite dish and Twin LNBF transponder. A professional installer installed the system and programmed the RCU. At one point I went back to manufacturer's default setup. I lost my favorite channels on galaxy 25W, formerly known as Intelsat AM5.

These are my favorite channels: Payam_E-Afghan 12122-H 20000
Ariana 11867-V 22000
Noor TV 12122-H 20000
RTA 11716-V 22000
Tolo TV 11716-V 22000
Ariana Afghanistan 11874-H 22000


How can I get my favorite TV channels back?

-they're on 987, not 95
