How do I contact a DIRT member directly?

I have an account issue that I could not resolve with customer service. I could not find on here how to get in contact with a DIRT member.
 
Go to the bottom of the Forum page and look for a DIRT member (listed in red). Send them a PM. I didn't see any online at the moment.
