How do I transfer programs and data between two HR21-100's?

New here. I've just received a new HR21-100 from D* to replace my existing HR21-100 that kept shutting itself off. I'd like to transfer my existing shows, schedules, etc. Is this possible?

Sorry but you can't transfer programs between the two boxes.
