How do you sign up for DDA from the self-service web site?

Is there an option to sign up for DDA on the web or must one call in to get it?

Well, I did the CSR chat. The CSR dude told me the online self-serve programming interface would auto select DDA as long as I have a compatible package (such as classic 200), a DVR, and local channels. Sure enough, I signed up for the Turbo HD Bronze and ended up with Turbo HD Bronze DDA. YMMV.
