How long does it take Dish to email a certificate number?

Hello I'm interested in referring a friend to Dish. I tried to send a referral certificate number to him but it may have got caught up in his spam filter. So this morning I asked for a number to be sent to my email address. It's been several hours with no mail. Is this an automated process? How long does it take for Dish to send something?

Log into your MyDish Account and on the left you will see My Referrals. Click on it and you will see all the certificate numbers you have been assigned to on your account.

Give your friend one of those numbers to use when they call to order.

yep. or if you call dish they will read you the number over the phone if you ask.

Have your friend call in and have him say he was referred by you and wants the credit. The Dish rep will call you and offer to generate the code on your behalf. Just make sure you are by your phone when your friend calls in. And make sure your friend has your number to give to the rep.
