I currently have a 622 and was thinking about adding either the 612 or the 211 to my account. How much to add either of these? What would the 1 time cost be? Monthly?

Call DISH and ask the price varies with how they evaluate you as a customer and any promotions going on. 612 has a monthly DVR fee that 211 dosen't both have the same monthly lease fee as additional receivers.
Monthly cost for the 612 is $12; $7 for the 211. The upfront cost depends. Like boba said, call them a try to get the best deal possible. You might get either for $0 upfront or have to pay something. You can also log into your account and see what Dish'n It Up offers you have.
