how to activate new STB?

I just received my new STB, and it says go to deactive the old box and activate the new one by just going to skyangel.com/activate. Should just be able to highlight and confirm the MAC address listed, and hit upgrade. Well, there isn't one there at all, so the "UPGRADE" button is just greyed out.........

Anyone else encounter this?

Call Sky Angel's customer service -- they can take care of it for you. I did that just yesterday.
