how to configure a BSC 421 on a 10' Channel master

I'm a newbie to C-band.

Have acquired a used 10' Channel master, and purchased a new BSC 421 (from recommendations here). I've calculated the focal depth at .40 for my location, but the 421 has an, I believe an azimuth adjustment 30-0-30.. How do I calculate this? I'm going to be at a fixed location for a feed off of a single bird, GE-4, linear.

if you install the lnbf on your true south satellite you would set the skew scale to the zero mark. I don't know where ge-4 is from your location but with any satellite finder you can find the skew and adjust it from there..
setting the zero on the scale at the 12 pm mark adjust according to the skew for your location for GE-4 negative being left (counter clockwise) and positive being right (clockwise)
