How to find password on VIP722

Hey guys,

So I already have the 922 connected to the tv everywhere app, but I want to connect my 722 as well. I was wondering how you recover or set a password on the 722 as I didn't set it to begin with. Also, if I do find it, will this be what I need to connect my 722 to the everywhere app. Both boxes are connected via broadband BTW. Thanks in advance.

call dish they will reset the box and you can make a new one if you forget . to set go menue press #7 then password

Not 100% sure on the question, but if we're talking about a lock on the receiver, you'll need to contact us in order for it to be reset (I can reset if you send info in a PM, will need to verify account also). This resets any locks on ALL receivers on the account

You do have to wait 24 hours before you can set up another lock (menu-5)

if there is an option in the app to logon as administrator... select that option and try admin as the password. This works with the stand alone Sling Player application (up to version 2.0.3.508 - newer versions don't seem to work with SlingAdapters at all)
