how to get AMC 1?

Hi, im new in this forum, i would like to know what's the minimum size of dish to get the AMC 1? i have 6ft Prime focus.. i tried but i only got 37% quality and i wounder if still active NFL network and Gol TV...

What type of LNB and receiver do you have? I usually use 11940 V 20000 as my Ku starting point for fine tuning AMC 1. C-band comes in pretty good for me except 4040 H 30000 where NFL and Gol are at, that TP is hard to track down.

Just scanned tp 17 4040 where LyngSat shows NFL and Gol TV but nothing. Other channels like ION come in very strong...LyngSat is out of date.
