To Whom It May Conern:
I have a system of Traxis DBS-2500 receiver, SG-2100 motor and Winegard DS-2076 dish. After I finished installing it, I can't get enough signal for T5 and G10R satellites. In my location, Echostart 9 is the true south at 121 degree. I can the following satellites:

Intelsat Americas 6, 93.0°W
Galaxy 3C, 95.0°W
Intelsat Americas 5, 97.0°W -- Can't get enough signal for this one, only get quality of 22%
AMC 4, 101.0°W
SatMex 5, 116.8°W
EchoStar 9/Intelsat Americas 13, 121.0°W -- This is the true south satellite in my area of Sacramento, California, USA.
Galaxy 10R, 123.0°W -- Can't get enough signal for this one, only get quality of 22%
Galaxy 13/Horizons 1, 127.0°W

Can' get the following two satellites:
Intelsat Americas 5, 97.0°W -- Can't get enough signal for this one, only get quality of 22%
Galaxy 10R, 123.0°W -- Can't get enough signal for this one, only get quality of 22%

Don't know what the problem is.
Thanks for your reply in advace.

Try a new location for the dish and turn the LNBF in it's holder and see if that helps. There are specs for turning the LNBF depending on your location. There is the satlocater program that lists this for your zip.

If you give your zip someone might post the list for you?

Found DBS 2500 is not 100% 1.2 compatile to SG-2100

I can't get T5, G10R and AMC 3 with this Traxis DBS-2500. When I use BEC 6600+ test my installation, it perfectly finds all satellites I want including T5, G10R and AMC3. Thus, I conclude that Traxis DBS-2500 is not 100% compatile to SG-2100. It deos not have goto X function while BEC 6600+ has goto X function that can go to any position within the arc. BEC 6600+ can go to n.n but DBS-2500 only go to n without the decimal point part. Thus, when it moves, it moves to a whlole degreee number.
