I HAVE A SIR TS360 SUMSUNG DIRECT TV RECEIVER, AND I LOST THE PASSWORD TO UNLOCK THE SYSTEM, CAN ANYONE HELP ME HOW TO RESET THE SYSTEM TO UNLOCK IT.

Other than calling DirecTV, I don't know how.

You will have to call DirecTV and verify info and they will downlink a reset for the parental controls, but be prepared for a hard time as I am sure many kids try this to circumvent Mom's no R+ controls.
