How to update software on a Zenith Receiver

I have a Zenith receiver for Sky mx and i want to update the software, the one i have is old. How can i do it? Sky advised me that it would do it by itself. Any advise?

It is updated by Sky OTA provided your receiver is left in standby so it should have latest firmware
