hr20 not recording

hi guys i have a HR20 that has had problems record some shows on channel 101. i also noticed some childrens shows didnt record also , and the only ino the hr20 gives is that is wasnt recorded. does anyone know of a way of finding out exactly why it didnt record?

did you try unplugging the unit and also pushing the reset button?
