Hopefully this will help the HR24-500, it's been slow of late with guide functions.
However, it hasn't been consistent, some time it moves along great and other times not.

MediaShare still glitches on the HR24-500. I was going to upload a report, but I didn't see the menu option on this update (417).

just to ask but are you 110% sure its the unit and not your network? not flaming; just asking

500% sure. I am not the only one who reported these issues. It worked perfect when I got it. I updated to a CE one weekend and it was messed up much like it is now. So I went back to the national release and it was working again. They rolled out the new national release shortly after and it was broke again. Definitely not my network and other people on this forum and the "other" have confirmed the same thing.

EDIT: Oh and my H24 (minus the 'R') works just fine. And from what I've seen only affects the HR24-500, all other HR24-### models are working fine.
