HR24 Problems

My router is keeping my HR24 from loading the tv apps. So If I go into connections setting and make it manual and open the two ports on my router and place the router outside of the fire wall the tv apps load fine. The problem is last night my HR24 become very slow. On a restart the receiver changes ip addresses. I have a Belkin router and was wondering if anyone knew how to keep this from happening?

Never mind they're working now. My Internet was acting up.

I've heard a lot of bad reviews on the Belkin routers. If you continue to have problems, I would consider buying another router. Linksys and Netgear would be my top two brands.
