I am have a KVH dome receiving standard definition only on my motorhome. Reception is perfect with the dome on standard definition. I would like to set up either my 18 inch round or my 5lnb on a tripod. I have no audible sound on the signal meter. In the past with standard def receiver I could turn the volume up and make adjustments while outside. Is there a way to get the audible sound on the HR24?

Directv turned off the sound on the signal meter. Nothing you can do but to ask somebody else to help you or setup a small TV so you can watch the signal meter.
