Can 2 HR 24's be synced to act as whole home DVR's & share content rather than have a Genie set up?

iirc its a $3 charge per month, its set up by customer service
then you enable list sharing on each dvr

Depending when the account was setup the whole home DVR fee may already be on your account and included
