Top Option is Receiver Name (assuming MRVCLIENTON keyword search is done)

With my HR21-700, My remote is almost nonresponsive and the channel changing is so slow...

Using for the first time today. Accessed guide after watching recorded content for about 2 hours.

Trying to naviage the guide was taking over 20 seconds to respond to each key press.

...and I spoke a little too soon. Background went missing in the middle of Local on the 8's, returned to TWC video at the end of the segment. Sending report 20090223-2806.
