MY HR34 has been acting very slow lately, it's only been installed for 1mo 9days, even the 31 clients are being slow and changing channels VERY slowly (sometimes even up to 45 sec to change from ABC to NBC or from a HD to non HD channel). If I call D* and they figure out it's a faulty 34 can they transfer all my recordings over if they give me a new box? I have a lot of movies recorded from the HBO/Sho etc. free trial and some TV shows I haven't gotten around to watching yet.
