HWS has no content for DVR recordings?

When I load Dishanywhere and go to "My DVR" then "My Recordings" I see the icons for all the recordings.
When I click on one (with multiple recordings) I get the message

Sorry. There is no content of this type available.

I can watch the content on the DVR but not on Dishanywhere, WHY?
How do I fix the problem.

I had the same problem with one of my DVR programs. The weird part is It does show up if I connect from a tablet or phone but not from a computer.The show was recored from our local PBS station so I may have recorded on a OTA tuner.

I check it on my Ipad and my computer, it works fine.
When I started the app on the IPad I got a pop up message about needing to restart the app for a critical update, which I repeatedly did and got the same message. Restarted the IPad and it worked fine.

For two days none of the 900 recordings on the HWS good be viewed on my computer. Now everything is back to normal.
