I can't get my dish player to work.
I go to Dishanywhery.comon my Windows 7 Pro PC. I can go to my recordings and select the one I want to view. I click on start over and it brings up dish Player. Then I get the following error message

There was a problem connecting to your DVR. (Error 4)
Please verify your computer and DVR are connected to the Internet. If the problem persists, reset your DVR and modem/router and try again

I have tried using Chrome my primary browser and FireFox where it downloaded and installed the latest plugin for Dish Player.

How long does it typically take for DIRT to respond to a private conversation?
I have been waiting 40 minutes.
