i know this might be strange but it might actually work as i got two
nova s plus cards i can try

i mentioned before about how to use an actuator with my card hauppuage

but ever since i've only gotten as far as actually getting a dish 6 foot
a actuator and not the lnb yet because i like to get one that works well thats standard for both ku band and cband and no one help voluntarly


i would like some help on that part

and im still not sure how to get the wiring setup as im new to this for the actuator

so thats why i haven't gotten far because i don't want to screw things up

i don't have much money so im gonna mess with a card first
and not a box

i remmeber mytheatre only supported bda chips but now it supports the hauppauge newer type

i was just wondering what does this software does with not usuals but disqu option

on stepping count

does anyone know this type of stuff and if so can you please explaing to me clearly how to use it

as far as i know when doing so i got 91west on my meter locked to get the arc

but how does stepping work with this type of setup

well mostly how to make it go to each sat and i know there is abutton that saves

them

You need a VBox or GBox to control/power the actuator. The actuator is wired to the box and MyTheatre sends DiSEqC commands to the V/GBox wich stores the position numbers for the sats and moves your dish. The only difference between MyTheatre and the VBox on moving the dish is there is no counter displayed in MyTheatre and you can enter the number of counts you want to move the dish. How far the dish moves per count depends on the actuator and how it's mounted. I'm using MyTheatre to run a C-Band dish with a Ku/C LNB and actuator with VBox now.
