First by trying to add a sat to my Edision mio and messing up the USALS
and Second: by posting in the wrong forum.
but here's my question.
I tried adding 101w Ku to my receiver and now the USALS is outta sync. Is there a simple fix to reset the USALS? I have the North American skin whatever that means so help is much appreciated,

If you haven't altered the LAT and LON values of USALS, my guess would be that you have given a motor reset command while the motor was not at ZERO.
Might that be the case?

So, let's check:
When you give the Goto-0 or Goto-Ref(erence) command with you receiver, does your motor end at exactly zero degrees?

If not, then with the buttons MoveEast/MoveWest move the motor to exactly zero degrees, and give a motor reset command. That should fix your motor zero again.

Let us know if this was the case, and worked?

With my DG-2100 when it occasionally loses its mind, a simple Goto 0 command moves the motor to my 0 degree reference. I can then use a paper clip to press the mechanical reset button on the motor. I power off and on, and all is good once again. Though I use USALS to find satellites, I then use the diseqc mode to fine tune the final position of the dish.
