Being a former employee i KNOW all of dish's internal dealings. Being an EX ERT agent aka executive resolution team.

Dish is a really goo company, very good quality!! WAY better than cable.

I do more online surfing than watching tv.

I was paying 80 dllrs for dish latino max , 1 dual tunner dvr , and a 311 receiver.

I had no cotract of course being an employee.

I pay 32 dllrs for dsl and 10 dllrs for home phone service(which I dont use, and its 10 dllrs because of a retention offer)

There is nothing wrong with my dish service other than it being way toiexpensive. I needed Latino channels , locals (I dont see why we pay for those) and basic digital tier english channels.

I went with time warner, 76 dllrs including tax for high speed internet, a couple of latino channels(dad watches those) all my english channels i want, 3 digital receivers one being a dvr.

So I can now cut off my home land line (mother has cricket aka unlimited minutes) and save around 40 dllrs each month. wow

I dont have HD tv and i rarely watch tv, this is for kids and father, they dont care for 100% digital tv.. LOL I dont care either.. it is digital cable but we all know cable is not truly digital.

The good thing is that I can always switch to dish again if I am un happy.

so yeah just posting lol

You know, it's rather unseasonably hot here - upper 90's. We never get that in May.

I had eggs for breakfast today, and we decided to get BBQ takeout for dinner.

It will be interesting to see whether the Spurs can win away from home on Monday.

Sheesh, and I thought I was gonna read some inside stuff about E*. It's hot in Phoenix today too but I bet it's raining somewhere in Oregon. Barbecue, yummy but, maybe chinese.

Does this thread really need to stay open? I mean it has so much to do with Dish Network.

Lighten up. With all the emotional volcanoes erupting here over VOOM or whatever, it's nice to just have some silly moments.
