I just moved to PA, zip code 18337. I want to pull my local NY stations in HD which come off the empire state building (esp Fox 5) When I check antenna web all I get is violet. Here is why I am optimistic, I have a 13inch TV and plugged it in. With the little TV antenna I was getting all Ny stations because those are the local OTA stations there. Too bad cable doesnt see it that way, I would get the philly stations in HD. What kind of antenna would I go with? Should I cover myself with a UHF/VHF combo?

CM3671 & 7777 pre-amp. Might not need a rotor. See Warren Electronics & Stark.

There are lot's of other possibilities.

If your channels are al UHF try the AntennasDirect 91XG with a Channelmaster 7775 preamp. Helped in my case with 75+ miles from the towers.
