I want the R22

I currently have 2 SD DirecTivos and and R15 connected to a 3-LNB dish.

I am thinking of replacing one of these with an R22 to get VOD. I don't have HD televisions, so an HD DVR is of no interest to me right now. Can I directly replace one of these three with a R22 without any dish or wiring modfications?
