I think with Dishstore, he would have to buy his equipment. By contacting Dish, he could lease the equipment with a 2 year commitment. The OP should go to the top page of the forum and see which member of the DIRT is online.

Absolutely not. They do sell equipment, but they are also a Dish dealer.
