No surround when I stream through my Dish Hopper.

For years I have had the same set up & anytime I watched TV on Dish or streamed Prime Video or Netflix from my Hopper all the speakers worked with surround. It worked last night & when I turned it on today the receiver shows PCM & only the front left & right speaker are working & show up on the receiver both on Prime & Netflix. If I go back to the dish channels it goes back to surround & PCM goes off. I can't figure out what's going on. My smart tv streaming apps are on a different input & work with surround.

On the hopper go to settings and then audio and make sure dolby is on. I'm assuming it will be since it's working with the actual live channels. But doesn't hurt to double check. Have no idea why it wouldn't do it only on apps.
Have you tried unplugging it and plugging back in?
