I was just told by a CSR that Nick HD is now available to Turbo HD Bronze.

This CSR is either lying or very misinformed and needs to be fired or retrained.Forward this chat to CEO@dishnetwork they need to know of CSRs misinforming Customers.
It's not just their CSRs -- heck their very own Executive Vice President (Jim DeFranco) misled everyone about the TurboHD packages in one of the Charlie Chat a few month ago. And they have done nothing to resolve the situation either! :rant:Maybe he needs to be fired too.
