If we broadcast your own channel who do we contact to add it to the line up in Dish Networks or any

Guys, we are from Ent Bay TV, E.N.T. TV start Up. We just launched a live feed and are trying to find ways to contact proper contacts in Dish Networks or/and any other cable provider to try to make our live feed become part of the Dish Network, or Direct TV or Comcast TV channel line up. Anybody knows who to contact and where to look for such contacts?
