New Zealand.
Lived there a couple of years when I was a kid (Navy brat) and the only things I don't miss are the one available (black and white!) TV channel "N Zed TV" and the fact that every kind of meat tasted like the sheep fat it was cooked in.
I expect things have changed since then.
