If you get "Channel Not Purchased" for Choice XTRA Channels.....

Ok,

I just got off the phone w/ Rita (CSR from D* with the sniffles :( ). I called her because I was missing DiscoveryHD TLC-HD, etc. Not everything, but just those in the Choice XTRA package.

RESULT:

If you have Choice XTRA (or have recently upgraded to it) and you are not getting the corresponding HD versions (DiscoveryHD, HistoryHD, etc), check your "Recent Access" list on your D* account at the website. If it doesn't say "HD Access - Choice XTRA", you may not get these channels by default. If you are in this boat like I was and need help, tell the CSR that you do not see the "HD-Access Choice XTRA" listed in your Recent Activity.

Doin' well now in MPEG4!!
