Native Resolution Passthrough for me. All 720p vs. 1080i arguments aside, NRP is critical for those of us with 4x3 HD televisions.

Definitely native resolution pass through if it's possible. I know to switch down to 720P for Fox, ESPN and Nat. Geographic. I'm not sure about others. It would be easier just to do a native pass and let my TV's do up/down. My TV definitely scales 480i better.

LOL, now this was a blast thread from the past.

Now I got my external hard drive support, I am very happy. Of the other two, I would rather the web configuration. I would really like to be able to setup timers etc from here at work. I am constantly sending myself emails at home with subject lines like:

"Setup timer for XXXXX for Thursday night on NBC."

Would be much nicer to be able to do that over the web.

Wow this is an old post!! LOL I am probably going to switch to D* right now i have charter! I got tired of waiting and broken promises!! If i had one tv that was not hd E* would be great but too many tv's all HD all dvr's started getting expensive tooooooooo many fee's! Also always had AEP..

All Dish HD needs to go MPEG 4!!!
