I'm not getting any program guide information...Help!

Can anyone help me with getting the program guide on my Extremeview Magnum to be active? I have yet to see any information shown in the guide for any channels or sats. I this normal for right now. Without a fix or should I be getting it? Is there something I need to turn on for it to show some information in there? Thanks in advance.

In NA, only a couple of channels have an EPG. Most do not.

most channels do not have a guide. EPG is big in Europe but not here

99% of the channels don't have a EPG. That just isnt something used on this side of the globe...so thats normal
