I waited till my fiance came home, and used her phone and it worked like a charm.

Thanks for the help. It was amazing to me that it was hard to navigate through their phone system, and even harder to simply get a CSR to transfer me to sales, when that was the first request that came out of my mouth.

For all intents and purposes, it is pretty much considered impossible to block ANI. (there MAY be some exceptions (illegal, or government), I don't know, but probably nothing Joe Blow is going be able to do.)

A VoIP service that lets you put the ANI you want. It sure is funny to call people with their own phone number. They answer the phone in this weird "Heeellllooo??" voice.
