One of my inlaws returned a leased 811 yesterday and when he returned the unit it also stated that he must remove his lnbs and send them back also. Well he did that yesterday and he call me todays saying he can receive any ch. on his other 522 Duh no lnbs  Will dish replace these for him due to he was just following the rma instrcutions or will he have to pay for new ones ?

Depends if it was a lease? I had a switch go bad but it was 90 days after install so it was covered under some warranty. I owned all my equip and had no insurance plan. I would have thought if the lnb needed to be replaced they would have come out to inspect it rather than have the customer remove it.
