Indian Channel Colors

On the Uplink report for 9/30, I noticed the following channel was added:

651 - CLRS [MPEG2 SD] added to EchoStar3 61.5W TP 10 ConUS beam (NA)

Any idea when will this channel be made available by Dish Network?

it's on 9407 ;has been for years

Colors 651 channel is launching in two weeks around end of oct according to the dishnet executive service.. and channels 9407 is a different channel as channel colors 651 is a south asian channel from india..

9407 is colours TV...which is a public channel. Colors is south Asian channel. I still have no idea when it will launch though
