INFO option missing features - 3/11/2016

Just FYI:

I just noticed tonight that when pressing the INFO button on the H3 remote the option to view the trailer and also the pictures and TV shows/movies that each cast member was going to appear in on Dish are both notoriously absent. I assume it's a software update and there were problems with these features. At any rate I was really looking forward to showing my new H3 system to a house full of people because I thought these were really creative. Bummer .

I reported it to Dish.

My H3 has the same problem,oh well good riddance.

Just to close the loop, the problems came at the same time the timers were lost. This morning though all was well .
