Ok so I got to come up with a new idea. My dog is chew happy and its getting annoying replacing rg6 everyday here is my current setup

can i go to this

see inside wiring if so the disinstaller drilled holes into my stucco siding and put my dishes in a less then optimal position given he could go this route. also i am planing on getting the mediaportal from sbc when it comes out maybe scott can comment on this i would assume it would have to meet dish pro plus stautus right? that is to say would my inside wiring work with just a box exchange with the mediaportal?

I don't understand the question, but both those diagrams look OK, assuming the DPPlus version is using a DPPlus Twin LNBF.
